Inter-disciplinary treatments to restore severe worn out upper and lower front teeth. Patient presents with upper peg laterals and worn out dentition. Orthodontic treatment by Dr Nguyen to intrude upper and lower incisors. Braces were removed and temporary crowns were placed on upper incisors and composite (tooth color) built up on lower incisor edges by Dr Vo. Patient will be in provisional restorations until his bite is stable. Final restorations will be carried out in a few weeks.
