Another implant case is completed at our office.  Patient is missing a lateral incisor and has prior multiple restorative works.  There are many old crowns with open, defective margins.  This makes the gum unhealthy around these margins.  A dental implant was placed and implant crown was used to replace the missing tooth.  The gum around the implant crown is much healthier compared to that of the old crowns.
