Another implant case is completed at our office.  Patient is missing a lateral incisor and has prior multiple restorative works.  There are many old crowns with open, defective margins.  This makes the gum unhealthy around these margins.  A dental implant was placed and implant crown was used to replace the missing tooth.  The gum around the implant crown is much healthier compared to that of the old crowns. Congratulations Megan on the new addition to your family !  We are very happy that you are back.  Our patients missed you, so did we. Megan is a wonderful hygienist. She always tries her hardest to delivery the best care she could to every patient.   We are blessed and thankful to have her on our team.   Megan attended Dental Hygiene school in North Carolina, but soon after moved to Georgia where she is originally from. She was a certified Dental Assistant before becoming a Dental Hygienist and always tries to improve upon her skills in the dental field. She is a member of the American Dental Hygiene Association (ADHA) and takes regular courses to keep her knowledge current.
